What has the clinic changed for safety with COVID -19?

Do I need to do anything before or bring anything to my appointment?

Due to the new COVID-19 policies and the goal to have less touch contact, in-take information forms, waivers and consents will be done on-line. These will be sent to you via e-mail to be filled out prior to your appointment.
You will need to enter claim information if you would like to have ICBC, WorkSafe BC or Blue Cross direct billed.
Please bring shorts, running shoes and orthotics for a lower body treatment area.

How many appointments will I need?

This varies depending on your injury, surgery, condition and your functional goals. Your physiotherapist will perform a detailed assessment and discuss what things will be required and develop a treatment plan with you.

Where do I park?

Free parking is available in front of the clinic. Please call 604-464-6333 once you arrive and wait in the car. Only one person is allowed in the reception area if you are waiting at the front door.

Does MSP cover physiotherapy?

Only MSP beneficiaries with premium assistance status are eligible for a combined annual limit, per calendar year, of 10 visits of acupuncture, physiotherapy, massage, chiropractic, naturopathy and non surgical podiatry.
Please note there is a $35 charge for all appointments as the government only contributes $23. 

Direct billing for extended health benefits:

We currently are able to DIRECT  bill to Pacific Blue Cross, ICBC and WSBC. Please make sure to include your ID and policy number.
